With that in mind, there are rumours that the North-West outfit are interested in recruiting Roma midfielder Miralem Pjanic, who is valued at £58.5m by Transfermarkt.

According to Tuttosport, City, as well as Real Madrid, hold an interest in the Bosnian, who is yet to agree to a new deal with Juve.

It is unclear how concrete the club’s interest in Pjanic is, but the fans have certainly had something to say.
