Capturing the moment on Instagram, Rice eagerly sampled the sauce, expressing his anticipation with the words, "Here we go, Peri-Peri Saka time. Is it nice Saks?"
Saka, in response, exuded pride in his creation, declaring, "It's unbelievable. Mans been cooking. Mans been cooking."

To further promote the Peri-Peri Saka sauce, Nandos featured the Arsenal midfielder in a promotional advert, where he showcased his skills as a chef crafting the sauce. “I love it and can't wait for everyone to try it," Saka said. "I’ve been going to Nando’s since I was little so to have my own sauce is quite mad.
“My family’s really important to me so I wanted to make sure they liked it, too. As soon as my Dad said he was a fan, I knew it was the one.”
